REPETA the unbreakable tableware line is the result of the development of Hunnia Kristály Ltd.

Hunnia Kristály is an active member of the Hungarian catering sector since 1994.

In October 2012 the EU banned the import of Chinese melanie bowls and in November afflicted the porcelain imports with anti-dumping duty. This was a temporary act which has been finalised in May 2013. These acts lead the Hungarian canteen, cafeteria porcelain-supplying sector to a rather vunerable state by the second half of 2013.

Seeing all these we had an idea to create a brand new tableware line which combines the advantages of melamine and porcelain and eliminates the disadvantages.

Leaving the functionality as it is, only changing the shape a little bit.

It is made from a rather new material PET-G which makes it unbreakable, dishwasher safe, microwave safe and recycleable.

In the last 3 years over 480000 pieces have been sold.

Our aim is to find partners who know the market and distribute REPETA locally.
